Refund & Returns Policy

1. Refund Period

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health/personal care items

3. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

4. Partial Refunds

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@ceylonpoint.com.

7. Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at info@ceylonpoint.com and send the item to our physical address.

9. Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the gift giver.

10. Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to our physical address. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.
